iron water main in Edgewood Avenue, Las Vegas, Nev. for the purpose of connecting existing water mains of the Company with said existing 6" water line to be conveyed by Subdivider to Company. 3 - Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of revenue received by it from customers taking direct service from said water mains for a period of ten years from date of completion of said 350-ft. extension, or until Subdivider has been repaid actual cost of constructing said 350-ft. extension, whichever first occurs. 4 - Company to own said water mains. 5 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing letter agreement (being Change Order "C"), dated November 16, 1951, providing for corrections, effective September 1, 1951, in monthly rates for water service furnished U. S. Naval Reserve Training Center, located on Biltmore Annex #1, Washington Street, Las Vegas, under Contract NOy(TJ) 22681 (LVL&WCo. C. A. No. 10552), dated July 1, 1950, with United States of America; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
