On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement ”N ”L.D. 2 7 k 7 dated November 5* 1953» between LVL&WCo., called ”Company”, and Madsen Construction Corporation and Draper H. Hand, collectively called ”Subdivider”, providing: 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 323 LP of 6” cast iron water mains to serve a portion of Block 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition No. 6 , Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers located in Lots 1 to 3» inclusive, Lots 9 to 12, inclusive, and Lots 18 to 20, inclusive, of Block 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition No. 6 , taking direct service from water mains so installed for a period of 10 years from date of completion of said install­ation or until subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $l!;5>0.00, whichever first occurs. 3. Company to own said water mains. 1;. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary ease­ments for said pipe line to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Bill of Sale, Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. Deed ”N ”L.D. 27l;l, LS Deed Audit No. 5280, dated November 5» 1953» conveying to Board -2-
