White - Omaha eo$ Mr, B« L« Adamson Following Is closeout data for WO 658 covering construction of water m&lns in Tract 1 of Weatleigh Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, pursuant to Contract Audit No. 10571, dated January 29, 1951 and supplemental Agreement NLD 2^27-2, dated March 19, 1952, now in course of execution. Description of work performed, which was commenced January 2, 1951 and completed August 31, 1951, is as follows? Constructed 1 772 feet of 6* and 1 109 feet of 8n cast iron water mains and 102 feet of 6* oast iron fire hydrant connections. The cost of the work which was performed fcy and at the expense of Subdivider, Federal Development Co., was $12 131,50 of which amount $11 590,90 is the agreed amount to be refunded as provided in supplemental Agreement NLD 2^27-2. The balance of v5kQ.6o represents cost of construct­ing fire hydrant connections and should be capitalized as a Donation - Not Refundable.
