As for installation of meters* it will be satisfactory for Mr. Armstrong to submit Form 30, which should be done promptly, to cover these meters, the estimated cost of which I note is #3660«Q0« In reply to Mr. A r m s t r o n g 1© question in his letter April 20 as to disposition of expense covering installation of meters on lines serving outside concerns, inasmuch as the F.F.E. line is the only one and for reasons given in your letter, we will not require that Company to pay for the meter, but will install same ourselves.
