Adamson; fKlr Referring to your letters April 22 and 23# file 30-6* in connection with renewal of contract between the L.V.L&W.Company and the Railroad Company covering the furnishing of water at Lae Vegasj also \ i dealing with question of step® to be taken to protectr ^ U \ our water rights in connection with which we are re- A h Xj/ quired by the State of Nevada to provide for accurate measurement; £> As for renewal of water contract* it will be satisfactory to have new agreement prepared, using the estimated rate of #600.00 per mo n t h for the use of our facilities* as recommended in your letter of the 22nd; this rat© to remain in effect until such time as actual measurement has been made with a view to determining more nearly the actual charge which should be made covering the cost of water. As for installation of meters* it will be satisfactory for Mr. Armstrong to submit Form 30, which should be done promptly, to cover these meters, the estimated cost of which I note is #3660«Q0« In reply to Mr. A r m s t r o n g 1© question in his letter April 20 as to disposition of expense covering installation of meters on lines serving outside concerns, inasmuch as the F.F.E. line is the only one and for reasons given in your letter, we will not require that Company to pay for the meter, but will install same ourselves.
