s On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing Termination Rider C.L.D. No. 14-521, dated May $, 1963* terminating one day prior to the conveyance by Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Citlnational Bancorporation, LVL&WCo. Contract Audit No. 9^93> UPRR Contract Audit No. 4-5132, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Union Pacific Railroad Company, Lessee, effective March IS, 1937> covering lease of land and improvements located thereon situated at the southeast corner of 6th and Olive Streets, Los Angeles; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson and Secretary Dixon in executing on behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company assignment C.L.D. No. 14-54-4- dated May 26, 1963* assigning to Citinational Bancorporation all of its reversionary estate created by leases; 1. Contract Audit No. 10337 Simon & Lyman 6th Street Corp., Inc., as amended and assigned to Mike Lyman's, Inc., expiring June 30» 19&3; 2. Contract Audit No. 10192 to Jack DInno, expir­ing September 30» 19&3i 3 . Contract Audit No. 10164- to A. Clubb & Sons, assigned to John B. Clubb, doing business as A. Clubb & Sons, expiring June 30* 19&3J and 4-.
