E, Stoddard, President Union Pacific Railroad Company l4l6 Dodge Street Omaha 2, Nebraska Dear Mr. Stoddardt X enclose four originals and two extra copies of the agreement for the sale of the Las Vegas water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, which X understand has been approved by Mr, Rouse. If you will sign and return the four originals by air mail, X will transmit them to the District for execution when X have been advised that the Board of the District has approved the agreement. fhe agreement as submitted has been approved by the Los Angeles attorney of the District, who has sent it to the Board of the District for final approval. Xf changes are suggested by the District, the revised pages can be substituted in the originals, which I will not deliver to the District for execution until you have approved the changes.
