I agree.LAS VEGAS & TONOPAH RAILROAD COMPANY. \ C. O. WHITTEMORE VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL K/W Lincoln Co.. L.C.Hill: Los Angeles, April 20, 1908. File #26 Mr.Walter E. Bracken, Las Yegas, Nevada. Dear Sir,- I return letter from L.C.Hill, of 849 Fulton Street, Chicago, Illinois, which you handed Mr.Comstock today. Also enclose you copy of letter I wrote Mr.Hill April seventh in regard to the matter. This piece of land is about eleven miles west of Las Yegas, and there are a little over three acres in the strip to which we desire to acquire title and for which we agreed to pay him §25.00 which is our minimum offer; and when we get five or more acres, we pay five dollars an acre. I would suggest that you write Mr.Hill along these lines and state to him that five dollars is the amount that has been paid by us for right of way even within two or three miles of Las Yegas. Yours very truly,
