Sotioe of euch delinquency will b® given to the consumer personally or hy mail and if the amount of such water chargee is not paid within 5 isp$ from the date of such personal notice or within f days from tho date of mailing such notice, the Company will discontinue the service to such delin­quent consumer until said amount is paid together with the cum of §2.00 for reconnecting its service.
