With respeot to the above, please be advised that the above mentioned charges were authorised by the Nevada Public Service Commission on June 5, 1953, lb which the Commission ordered certain rates authorized for water used for cooling purposes in refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and that all charges would be retroactive to May 1, 1953* In compliance with the Commissions order and with approval of the executives of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, the above mentioned statement was forwarded to you on December 10, 1953* Hoping the above Information has cleared up any question regarding the charges.
