Las Vegas Nevada Mr. Al Freeman Publicity Department Sands Hotel Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Al: May I please first offer our sincere appreciation for our meeting of January 9, 1966, it gave both Louis and myself the confidence that our forth coming engagements at the Sands would be handled with the same enthusiasm we hold for them. Cooperation as offered by you and your department has a tremendous bearing on making our stay there one of truly important consequence. May I outline a few of the points discussed, so that if there are any I may have forgot- ten you might make me aware of them. I: Send article regarding signing of contract with the Sands to your press list. 2: Photo of Messrs. Enfratter, Lewis, Sinatra, and Prima to the newspapers around the country. 3: Existing marquee on Paradise Rd. to include our billing. Also proposed marquee on Paradise Rd. with separate Celebrity Theatre marquee for our billing. 4: Sands road sign on Paradise to include our billing. ; 5: A road sign on the Strip, previous to our opening, announcing the opening, and to be used during our tenure there. 6: Special Press opening. 7: Post cards on tables picturing Louis Prima and the gang. 8: Special novelty Trumpets hanging at entrance to the Celebrity Theatre and on the tables. 9: Color life sized cutouts for possible use in your lobby or other area that are now in our possession.
