Mr. McNamee v e r b a l l y advised to-day t h a t Commission had agreed Tuesday o f t h i s week to r e i n s t a t e Rule 1 0 , Based upon our own v a l u a t i o n f i g u r e s , the r a t e as allowed by the Commission i n t h i s order w i l l permit a r e t u r n of app roxim ately 7% ; t h e r e f o r e , i t was decided t h a t a t the p r e s e n t tim e no formal a c t i o n would be taken althou gh o b j e c t i o n t o ord e r would be made, which w i l l make i t p o s s i b l e f o r fu tu re a c t i o n should we decide to t a k e such a c o u r s e .
