I agree.Mr, Wm* Reinhardt - Los Angeles Attention: Mr. L. 0. Conner On October 23rd, I sent you copy of Mr. Wiokatrora’s letter to me dated October 20, 1953* relative to sale of surplus transits pipe and couplings now held In Railroad Store count which Mr. Wiokstrom indicates he would like to have transferred to the accounts of the Water Company In order that It may be taken over by the Water District when pending sale is consummated. List of pipe and fittings together with value thereof was attached to Mr. Wickstrom’s letter. I do not know what action you propose to take in this matter, but feel that some disposition should be made before the sale takes place* Referring to list attached to Mr. Wickstrom's letter, I do not think the Water Company should aoquire any of the 6* transits couplings or the rubber rings listed, since the rubber rings are obsolete due to age and there is no 6“ pipe listed on which these 6" couplings could be used. Can you advise status of this matter? L. R. Haag Las Vegas w 9-1-3 - December 15* 1953 LRM:rr
