Wengert, partners, covering the construction of approximately 530 feet”of o* cast iron water main and 12 feet of 6* fire hydrant connection to serve Industrial area lying between Utah and Wyoming Avenues, west of Fairfield St., Las Vegas, Nevada, in location described as follows* Commencing at a connection with existing 6* east iron water main in Truck Highway approximately 210 ft. southerly from the southerly line of Utah Ave«, thence easterly across Truck Highway and private property to & point in Fairfield St. approximately 190 ft. south of south line of Utah Ave. together with approximately 12 ft* of 6* cast iron fire hydrant connection to be in location as designated by City Authorities. The estimated cost of constructing said water main and fire hydrant connection is $2,4?0« Subdlvider Agrees(C. S* Wengert acting as Trustee)* 1* To deposit the oust of #2,h?0. 2* To locate pipe lines. 3. To furnish easements where necessary. Company agrees* 1, Upon execution of agreement, receipt of said deposit and necessary easements to proceed with the construction of said water main and fire hydrant connection. 2.
