The proposed layout appears to he generally satisfactory. While it ie difficult to quote an accurate estimate because of the uncertainty of deliveries on pipe, we have prepared an estimate based on present day prices, which amounts to $33»^20.00, labor and materials* this estimate includes a 10$ contingency item, the unused portion of which will be returned to the Subdivider in accordance with our practice.
