Me Smith, Commissioner Lee Se Scott, Secretary, O R D E R During the last few months many complaints hare reach­ed the Commission that utility companies are deviating from their rules and regulations and schedules of this Commission; and rates on file with TT APPEARING that it would be in the publio Interest to have each utility again file its rules and regulations and schedules of rates with this Commission. IT 13 ORDERED that each electric, gas, water, sewer telephone and telegraph company shall again file Its rules and troe gMualyat i1$o,n s 1a9n3d6 .schedules of rates with the Commission prior IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing herein shall be construed as requiring the Commission to approve any or all rules and regulations and schedules of rates so filed.
