V On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice- President Ashby and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing on behalf of LVL&WCo. Deed Audit No. 4719, dated January 4, 1945, conveying to John Curci and L. A. Turner, copartners doing business under the firm name and style of Orange. Belt Fruit Distributors, that certain parcel of land, 50.96 ft. in width by 72.99 ft. in length, together with all improvements thereon, located near First and Eleanor Streets, Pomona, California (being portions of Lot 1 in Block 26, and the adjoining Imogene Street now vacated); subject to: 1 - Second installment of general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to Land Company all coal, oil and other mineral reservations; consideration $10 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing on behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company easement L.S. Deed Audit No. 4720, dated January 4, 1945, in favor of John Curci and L.A. Turner, copartners doing business under the firm name and style of Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, for the construction, operation and maintenance of freight loading platforms over, upon and along a strip of land 1.25 ft. in width by 50.96 ft. in length contiguous on the north -8-
