V Provision Company), covering site, including spur track thereon, for cold storage warehouse, located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; term 20 years beginning Dec. 1, 1946; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing agreement NLD 1831, dated March 24, 1947, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 2,050 ft. of cast iron water mains, in vicinity of Bruce Street and Fremont Avenue and in Block 25 of Fourteenth Street City Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $2,725.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond and premium on Public Liability insurance provided for in said agreement; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing Deed, C.D. No. 22029-1, dated April 5, 1947, conveying to Sears, Roebuck & Co. portions of Lot 2 in Tract No. 2836, located at Soto and Sears Streets, Vernon, California, together with the rights and subject to the obligations of the grantor under a certain unrecorded option, dated October 21, 1936, and supplement thereto, dated October 26, 1936, between Winifred L. Milner and John Milner, her husband, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering (a) a strip of land 60,0 feet in width being 30,0 feet on each side of the westerly boundary of the property conveyed, and -4-
