    executing letter agreement "N"L.D» 2474, dated June 12, 1951, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 2080 ft. of 6" cast iron water mains, to serve area south of Paradise Road and east of South Fifth Street, "between St. Louis and San Francisco Aves., Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $2600.00, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement C.LoD. No. 10760, dated June 13, 1951, with J. P. Carroll Company, covering repainting of exterior of warehouse located at Leonis Blvd. and Alcoa Ave„, Vernon, Calif., leased by this company to Frigidaire Sales Corporation; considera­tion $1500; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "N"L.D. 2435, dated June 21, 1951, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Southridge Develop­ment Company, called "Subdivider", providing: 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $10,400, estimated cost of approximately 2480 ft. of 6" and 8" cast iron water mains to serve the South Half of Block 3, North Half of Block 4, and Block 7, Southridge Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider bOf0 of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said South Half of block 3, North Half of Block 4, and Block 7, taking water from said water mains, for period of ten years from date of said installa­tion, or until Subdivider has been repaid -3-
