On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing C. L. D. 15738-1, deed dated July 6, 1967 granting Oakite Products, Inc., that certain parcel of land described therein, in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, excepting all oil, mineral and mineral rights of every kind and character now known to exist or here­after discovered, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, oil and gas and rights thereto, together with the sole, exclusive and perpetual right to explore for, remove and dispose of said minerals by any means or methods suitable to the Grantor, its successors and assigns, but without entering upon or using the surface of the lands hereby conveyed, and in such manner as not to damage the surface of said lands or to inter­fere with the use thereof by the Grantee, its successors or assigns, as reserved by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, Deceased, in a deed recorded February 20, 1967 in Book 53698, page 126, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California, land conveyed subject to: -9-
