Renwick - Los Angeles: Reference is made to your letter*of August 13, 1965, transmitting grant deeds "N"L.D. 3604 to 3612 in connection with sale of Company Houses 3 to 10 at Caliente, Nevada. The above-mentioned deeds contain an exception of water and water rights as is made in deeds conveying property at Las Vegas, Nevada. The exception of water and water rights is *ade°nly ia those conveyances within the areas covered by Agreement dated June 1, 1953, between the Railroads, Las Vegas Land and Wat Company and Las Vegas Valley Water District covering the sale of the water production, storage and distribution system at Las Vegas, Nevada.
