Dear Slr:- Referring to your joint letter November first; and returning herewith draft of lease in favor of J»R.Westfall, of Riverside, to cover rental of packing house authorised under Appropriation Eo.1101, If the arrangement outlined is satisfactory to Mr.Clark and yourself, I have no objection to the lease of this packing house being made out in name of Mr.Westfall, to be assigned later to the Riverside Eruit and Packing Company.
