I agree.1 would not sell these lots for less then #250.00 each* I have done this for the reason that in his appraisal he has shown lots 20, 21 and 24, in 'block 13, as being worth $400.00 each; lot 7, in block 21 at $300.00. In my opinion the balance of the lots which we hold in block 21, to-wit: 19,20,21,22 and 23, are worth $250.00 each, as well as lots 10 and 11, in block 28. (See map sent yon 3/24). We have recently had a request for lots 20,21 and 22, in block 33, at #150.00 each. The best residences in the town are in blocks 30,31, 34 and 35, and considering this ahd the nearness to the station, I believe that all lots now unsold in block 33 should be held at #200.00 each. They are certainly worth more than lots in 39 and 40, which we have listed at $150.00 each, except for the corners. I advised Mr.Bracken that we would not sell these lots for less than #200.00 each, and have shown them at this price on the attached schedule. If the parties desire $150.00 lots, they can get them in another part of the town. We only have a few lots left in this section. Yours truly,
