I agree.Los Angeles, Apr 27- Mr. Frank Strong: Referring to the Installation of the telemeter In Mr, Walter R. Bracken1s office, Las Vegas, Nevada, which he is using to determine the amount of water in the storage reservoir, Las Vegas. In connection with the installation of this telemeter it was necessary to rent from the Southern Nevada Power Company, a pair of wires in their cable from a point 150 feet west of south main street at Bridger Street, to Mr. Bracken’s office for xvhlch we pay rental of $5 per month. It is my opinion that this monthly rental is a proper charge to LVL & W expense. However, Mr. Bracken states that since this expense pertains to production on the property of the Union Pacific Railroad, west of the tracks, that this is an item of expense for which the Union Pacific Railroad Company should assume as a part of the cost of production of water at Las Vegas. Will you please advise to what expense you consider this monthly rental as chargeable. / H. H. Larson APR 22 ??42 W M J
