Montgomery 15 North Oakland Pasadena, Callfoirala Dear Mr. Montgomery: I am furnishing you herewith one print of map showing tentative overall plan of water mains to serve the ultimate development proposed by Heers Brothers & Associates (now called Twin Lakes Village, Inc,) at Las Vegas, Nevada. I have dated this map February 26, 195^* This map is furnished you so that you may have informa­tion as to their overall plans for water mains in advance of submission which may be made by the Water Company from time to time as the entire development progresses. You have already approved the layout of water mains for Heers Subdivision No, 1 and Twin Lakes Village, Inc. Unit No. 2, which lies in the southerly portion of the development shown on the map. I have already received an application for extension of water mains to serve Twin Lakes Village, Inc. Units Nos. 3 and k, which covers the area northerly of the two projects already approved by you and westerly of U. S. Highway 95. If you have any objection to the layout as proposed for the balance of the development westerly of the highway, I would appreciate yk.our comments before I make the submission for units Nos. 3 and Very truly yours, L.
