Reservation of minerals, easements, etc. contained in State Land Patent cover­ing on the land of which said premises are a part; also excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo. coal, oil and mineral rights; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing agreement, N.L.D. 826a, dated April 15, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, party of the first part, and Las Vegas Gas Company, party of the second part, granting Gas Company the right to construct, operate, main­tain, renew and remove a 4" gas pipe line, 200' in length, at depth of 18", along a strip of land 5' in width, near Stewart and Main Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada; rental $10.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termina­tion by either party upon 60 days* written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing deed, Audit No. 4534, dated April 23, 1942, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to California Water Service Company, conveying 5,000 square feet of land, being a portion of Lot 2 in Tract No. 7207, at East Los Angeles, California; considera­tion $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; sub­ject to; General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1942-1943 and second installment - 1 7 -
