I agree.Mr. T, P. Briscoe - Omaha: S-368: I am not sure which account should be charged with the garbage oolleotion fees, and will be glad to have your'ruling for our future guidance. In conversation with the City Clark this afternoon, I am advised that this may be considered as a tax against property owners to assist the City in defraying the expense of garbage collections, which is for the common good and to prevent alleys from being littered. The charge is included in our quarterly lioense statement from the City, and under the circumstances I would recommend it be charged to State and C unty Taxes Paid. B-31 Las Vegas, Sept. 39, 1939.
