1 1 A meeting of the Executive Committee of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company was held at 165 Broad­way, lew York City, on Monday, December 23, 1912, at 2:30 p.m. Present: Directors W* A. Clark, R. S. Lovett and William Mahl. PURCHASE OP PROPERTY IE LOS AHGELES: President W. A. Clark reported that as the Company needed certain lots in Los Angeles, situated in the Strong & Dickinson Salt Lake Pract, lots 29 to 42 inclusive, which could he purchased for the amount of $22,250.00, he had secured an op­tion to purchase this land; and as the option would expire within a few days, he had arranged for the purchase of the land for the sum of $22,250.00; Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, Phat the action of the President in purchasing the land above described be and hereby is approved. PURCHASE Of PROPERPY IE LOS MGELES: President W. A. Clark requested authority to close option to purchase certain land in Los Angeles, bounded as follows. Begin­ning at the intersection of the Salt Lake Route s right of way with last Seventh Street, running thence east along the northerly boundary of W. I. Hollingsworth*s property for a distance of 400 feet, running thence southerly parallel with said right of way for a distance of 760 feet, running thence westerly parallel with the northern boundary I
