ASSIGNMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned corporation, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10,00) to it in hand paid, and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has sold and assigned, and does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over unto CALVIN M, CORY, all of its right, title and interest in and to those certain refunds of revenue and the right to receive such refunds of revenue, as provided in section 1, of Article II of that certain agreement identified as N.L.D, 2691, Audit No. 10700, dated the 30th day of June, 1953, between the undersigned corporation and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering the installation of water lines in Hyde Park Subdivision # 2 in the city of Las Vegas; and the undersigned corporation hereby authorizes and directs tjie Las*: Vegas'* Land and Water Company and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, or either of them, to pay to Calvin M. Cory all refunds of revenue which the undersigned corporation may be entitled to receive pursuant to the aforesaid agreement.
