Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, Commissioners Bunker and Sharp. Commissioner Bunker moved the Building Department be instructed to hold up permits until the street right-of-way on the O.J. Scherer Tract has been acquired. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. The C ty Attorney stated that the license issued to the Tinker Bird Ranch before the zone change from R-E to R-1 is now a nonconforming use. Thereafter Commissioner Whipple moved the Tinker Bird Ranch be allowed to carry on their business and the City Attorney to instruct Mrs. Tinker as to what can be done in this zone area.
