If the Pipe Company is not willing to accept our offer I think we should prepare to test that part of the line, which may be readily done, and should it fail, I see no reason why the Pipe Company Should not repay us the full amount Which we have spent upon the line, airounting to some­thing over #10,000.00. Should the pipe Company not be willing to refund us the amount paid for the pipe not used and not be willing to take part in the above mentioned test then 1 think we should file suit against them to recover our loss, because there is no question in my mind as to the justice of our claim.
