Knickerbocker: Answering yours of April 23rd, and returning your mailgram from Mr. Frank Strong, will say that I have gone over the situation with Mr. Strong and it was thought best to prepare separate forms of contract— one for the industrials that require water for domestic uses only and another form for those who desire water for domestic use and also fire purposes* Strong's office, six copies of form of contract for domestic use, and six copies of form of contract for both domestic and fire purposes.
