Dus|*to: not receiving Form $Jf from you for this deduction we Carried as unoolleoted in our iioveraber aooount and this was again dddueted on Payroll 69-1 together with the amount of $5*28 for the same man* in order that we may adjust this will you kindly forward to us a copy of the Form 237, Payroll 69-2 last half Oetober for the amount of $9.2h, upon receipt of which we will make the adjustment with Hr.
