Las Vega8 - April 16, 19^8 R 2-llh Mr. Frank Strong: Your memo April 13, file ?33h, regarding condition of site leased to Levis H. Cox: The 2 disabled oil trucks are still on the site, as well as the small tank set askew at the north end of the lease. Black oil and distillate are still apparent on the ground and while he covers this over occasionally with gravel, I assume we will have that untidy condition as long as he continues that type of business on the site. Will keep after him to keep the premises as tidy as possible. A. M. Folger
