V September 17, IMS 23-1-26 Ur. Frank strong: Referring to my latter September IS regarding proposed installation of pipe line in Vegas Verde Addition under Work order 651. I enelose duplicate originals and one extra copy of L.D. 1390A, which Is the agreement with Franklin cowering installation of these mains under Rule 9-A. Will you kindly handle for exeoutlon and return duplicate original for delivery to subdivider, in transmitting Ur. Bennett advises "This agreement may be exeouted by Ur. Ashby as Vice-President of the Land Company with the consent of the Executive Committee."
