v 717 Pitman Mfg. Co. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne In executing lease bearing C.L.D. No. 15357, dated February 23, 1966, to Pitman Manufacturing Company, for term March 1 , 1966, to February 28, 1971, of site for storage purposes, at City of Industry, California, rent to be $215.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, plus taxes, Lessee at its sole expense may pave and fence leased premises, and granted permission to train utility linemen to set poles and string conductors on leased premises, which permission may be terminated on 24 hours notice; lease subject to termination on 30 days notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
