Dear Sir,- Referring to my letter of February 21st, in regard to the painting of the roofs of 64 company houses at Las Vegas at an estimated expense of $1,000.00. Also referring to the revised list of lots remaining unsold at Las Vegas, showing present schedule of sale prices and proposed new scale. You will recall that when you were in Los Angeles the two subjects above mentioned' were discussed briefly, and you stated that you would write me your opinion on them.
