All of these customers should be within the corporate limits of the City of Las Vegas; 2 - that any capital expenditures made by the Company under Rule 9 should be added to the total figure as evidenced in its agreement with the Las Vegas Valley Water District; and 3 - that the motion as made by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to place in operation purported Rule 9.5 be denied.
