I an preparing some testimony to be presented by Mr* Maag showing in sons detail the things which hare been done in the last ten years to improve both oar water production facilities and our distribution facilities at Las Vegas. In view of the fact that May 30th is Memorial Day and a holiday and our entire office force will be absent, 1 think it would be better if you could arrange to be in Los Angeles on May 31st for the purpose of working up rebuttal testimony.
