No. 5388, dated January 8, 1944, extending to January 31, 1946, term of agreement Audit No. 9323, dated August 17, 1934, expiring January 31, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Wilbur-Ellis Com-pany, covering lease of site for warehousing and manufacturing purposes, located on Mission Road near Macy Street, Los Angeles, California; consideration $3,000.00 per annum, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing deed Audit No. 4641, dated February 17, 1944, from- Las Vegas Land and VYater Company to Walter S. Olsen, conveying Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, Tract No. 1867, Yermo, California, subject to* General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1943-1944, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo. coal, oil and other mineral rights; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved
