K H H H (DRAFT) SUPPLEMENTAL ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS Escrow No* 1 2 -1 9 0 5 August 30, 1954 To The FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF NEVADA Las Vegas, Nevada The undersigned have agreed that the Final Purchase Price to be paid the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY for the transfer of the Las Vegas water system to the LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT is $2,317,274.93. On July 1, 1954, you paid to Las Vegas Land and Water Company from said escrow the Preliminary Purchase Price of $2,299,029.64, leaving a balance due the Las Vegas Land and Water Company of $18,245.29* Inasmuch as the general and special state, county and city taxes levied and assessed for the calendar year 1954 upon the property referred to in Section I of the Sale Agreement have not yet been determined, the undersigned have agreed to prorate such taxes outside of escrow in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph IX of the original Escrow Instructions dated June 21, 1954, as soon as the amount of said taxes has been deter* mined.
