ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Peccole moved the offer of John R. & Lee V. Rosser, owners of Lot 6, NO. 100-2 Block 22, 14th Street Addition of $500.00 for right of way in Assessment District Acquisition of Land No. 100-2 be accepted, and the City Manager be directed to notify their Attorney Mr. John McNamee of acceptance of this offer.
