Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Jarrett. RESUBDIVISION Commissioner Peccole moved the final map on the resubdivision of Blocks 1 & 9, Meadows Blocks 1 and 9 of Meadows Addition be approved subject to the re- Addition ceiving of a letter from the owners of this property that they agree Final Map to participate in any assessment district which might be created in that area, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign this map.
