Los Angeles, February i, 1946 Mr. R.L.Adamsoni W0-3180 Agreement CLD No.6837 with Mr. J.R.Henderson of Las Vegas, Nevada, covering use of one Loraine Dragline and Bucket in connection with work on pipe lines under W0-3180 at Las Vegas, will expire on February 20, 1946 account rental stipulated not to exceed four month’s period from date of delivery of equipment on October 20, 1945* Please advise extent to which this dragline will be required after February 20, 1946, if any, in order that we may arrange for rider extension to the agreement if necessary.
