\ construction by Land Company of warehouse building, Fullerton, California, making Industry responsible for engineering supervision and inspection of the construction of said warehouse building, the estimated cost of which, together with cost of preparation of plans and specifications for said building, is $3,750.00; relieving Land Company of liability for failure to properly supervise and inspect said work or for delay in construction, and providing for the furnishing of certain materials by Industry for use in construction thereof; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease, Audit No. 10128, dated May 13, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Y/ater Company, Lessor, and Overland Terminal Warehouse Company, Lessee, covering garage, located at 250 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California, for storage purposes; for term beginning May 1, 1941, and extending to May 1, 1942, with privilege of renewal for period of one year; written notice of desire to renew to be given by Lessee at least 30 days prior to May 1, 1942; rental $150.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 90 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
