RULE 9: Service Lin®a All service llne^ extending fro® mains to property line. Including tapping of water mains and the shut off, shall he Installed, maintained and owned hy the Hater Company subject to the obligation of the applicant to pay, In advance, the following charges: for 3/4* connection, with service line, extending from main to property line not exceeding 50 ft., #15.00. For 1* connection, with service line, extending fro® main to property line not exceeding 60 ft., #20.00. For all connection requiring extension of service line from main to property line in excess of 50 ft., applicant shall pay the actual cost of labor and materials plus 10% for supervision and overhead of the connection and service line extending from main to property line.
