(3) in August and September. 1952 charges for Refrigeration were piohed up in the accruals and set up in accounts for the period January 1. 2,952 to August and, September, „„lg.52 and bills mailed to consumers for total amount for period January 1, 1952 to August and September, 1952. File W 2>k-B. Form 26 includes both water and refrigeration charges. Refrigeration ehowsas an adjustment In August and September but would not be separated in succeeding months. (It) December. 1952 total of Refrigeration and air conditioning charges were adjusted on Form 26 in December accounts and removed from the accounts. (5) Those consumers who paid Refrigeration charges from January 1. 1952 to date now have a credit to their Refrigeration account on Form 26 in the amount of such payment.
