pa - \ approximately 323 LF of 6W cast iron water mains to serve a portion of Block 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition No. 6, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 82, Plats, Clark County,gNevada, records, in location described as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 6" cast iron water main located in public utility easement between 21st otreet and 22nd Street at a point on the property line extended between Lots 3 and 4, thence northerly in public utility easement a distance of approximately 191 feet, - point of ending; Commencing at a connection with existing 6" cast iron water main located in public utility easement between 21st Street and 22nd Street at a point on the property line extended between Lots 8 and 9, thence southerly in public utility easement a distance of approximately 132 feet, point of ending. 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 6" Class 150 Bell and Spigot cast iron pipe which shall conform with Federal specifications-WWP 421 Type 1. All joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new all bell cast iron egual to ASA Standard Class 250. All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat, bronze mountings conforming'to AWWA standards, not less than 175 lbs., and all valve boxes shall be of cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipe, valves and fittings shall be manufactured by the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe lines shall be chlorinated in accordance with A W A specifications, shall be subject to acceptance and approval of the State and City Health authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly authorized representative of -2- ? ? i
