D., to Chicago, 111. Present, 42 cents per 100 lbs.; proposed, 41 cents per 100 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s, report dated June S', 1920.) Recommended that rate of 55 cents per 100 lbs. be established on Lumber and articles taking same rates, carloads, minimum weight in cars under 36 feet in length, inside measurement, 30,000 lbs., and in cars 36 feet and over in length, inside measurement, 34,000 lbs., from Rapid City S. D., to Chicago, 111., via all lines. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 150.— Scrap Iron, C. L., between all points in Western Trunk Line territory. Present, minimum weight on Scrap Iron and articles grouped therewith is not uniform throughout W. T. L. territory, but the correct minimum weight is 60,000 lb s.; proposed, to establish minimum carload weight of 50,000 lbs. in connection with commodity rates. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 8, 1920.) Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee which contemplates amendment of tariffs applying throughout W. T. L. territory to provide a minimum weight of 50,000 lbs. on scrap iron, carloads. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. 36 JUNE, 1920 \ I Docket No. 152.—Pipe, Iron or Steel, C. L., minimum weight 46,000 lbs., Independence, Kan., to Joplin, Mo. Present, 29 cents per 100 lbs.; proposed, 24 cents per 100 lbs., not to be subject to combination rule. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 3, 1920.) - Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee contemplating rate o f'32 % cents per 100 lbs. on Iron or Steel Pipe, carloads, minimum weight 46,000 lbs., from Independence, Kan., to Joplin, Mo., via the Union Traction Co. and M. K. & T. R ’y. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 154.— Sugar, in bags, estimated weight, from and to various points in W. T. L. territory. L., in tank cars, between Mississippi River points, Chicago, etc., and points in Missouri on the Mo. Pac. R. R. (West) east of Kansas City, Independence and Pleasant Hill, Mo.
