Out down large Oottonwood tree near Big Springs and kill the stump as the roots are breaking through con­crete walls of spring* 2. Same for Little Springs. 3* Replace ventilator on south end settling basin located Ju st east of well #2* Wooden boards on this ventilator are loose and open cracks provide access to bugs, lizards and other small animals* ty* Gut and remove weeds from vicinity of both Charleston and C la rk St. reservoirs as these weeds will beoome a fire hazard in the very near future. 5.
