Perkins: Referring to your letter January 12, file LA-20-6-3* inquiring as to SH lkM transite pipe on hand at Las Vegas. or longer, and our responsibility in maintaining water service at Las Vegas Is such that I do not feel it safe to release the pipe. We have had very little rain this year, and very little snow In the mountains, and If it becomes necessary to drill another well this material will just about meet our pipe line requirements.
